Spring Trip to BR and Mothers Day and Pool Time

We made a quick trip to Baton Rouge over Mothers Day so that I could set up our product at a new store (Royal Standard BR). While we were in town we visited Big Daddy and let Jayden see his train world he has set up in his game room! Jayden thought it was like the greatest thing he ever saw (much like Tregre when he was a little boy). We also made a trip to see Mike the Tiger, Jayden kept saying, "Wake up Kitty" it was too cute!

On the way home Chris, Jayden and I stopped in Shreveport and got a hotel hor Mothers Day, we swam at the hotel and then went to the river walk for dinner and a ride on the Choo choo train aka Trolly. We then had to go back the next day and ride the train again before we could go home. Jayden was slightly obsessed with riding back and forth along the shopping center in the train!

The rest of the pictures are of our 1st day this summer out by our pool. We were so afraid of Jayden getting burned we might have over done it with the sun screen and protective wear. But he looked so cool!

Cousin Kathryn and Thomas came to visit over there spring break! The boys had an absolute blast! We took them to the Zoo one day and made it through the 1st exhibit before both of them had complete melt downs! We later learned that the 1st exhibit should take 20min to walk through we took 2 hours. The boys were much more interested in climbing on the statues than the animals.

The highlight of the visit for the boys was Maw Maw and Paw Paws back yard they chased each other for hours and hours. I think their great grandparents were warn out just watching them! They contiunously trampled through Maw Maws plants and we could see her crindge each time as she smiled and said its ok they will grow back. But the next day she had put a fence around her flowers (I dont think it was really ok! ha ha)

The boys have soooo much fun together we wish Kathryn, Thomas and David lived closer! Jayden asked, "Where Thomas go"? for about a week after they left.

For Jaydens 2nd Birthday we had a Thomas the Train family party! It was a lot of fun because all 3 sets of Grandparents were able to be there and his Aunt Stephie, Uncle Bob and cousins Macy and Keegan. Jayden had a blast (as he does any time he is the center of attention)! His Aunt Stephie and Uncle Bob gave him a 4 wheeler and he was VERY excited about that! He also got a ton of Thomas the train stuff including a bunch of engines and swim shorts.
